We are expanding and developing our warehouse operations and introducing a new warehouse management system, Ongoing WMS. We purchase the system as a ready-made SAAS service, in which we set the parameters of the warehouse.

Your duties will include:

- To start with - getting acquainted with our warehouse work and its processes by participating in our daily work
- Get acquainted with Ongoing WMS, independently online and together with Ongoing WMS support
- Act as the person responsible for the implementation of the Ongoing WMS; setting and optimizing the necessary settings and parameters together with the warehouse management
- Setting up peripherals (computers, tablets, handhelds, printers, label printers etc)
- Orientation and support of other employees

We expect you to have:
- Good general IT skills; knowledge of user interfaces and file structures of modern systems as well as devices
- Willingness and ability to participate in warehousing work to the extent necessary for the success of the project
- Sociality, ability to familiarise and support staff
- Good spoken and written English (in addition to Estonian)
- Experience in warehousing operations is considered as a strong advantage

Work environment

This project work is a fixed term employment in connection with the Ongoing implementation but may continue after the initial implementation as a part time job for a longer period. Work can begin immediately, and the duration of the deployment project is estimated at 3-4 months.
A full-time permanent employment is possible if the tasks also include warehouse work on a permanent basis.
