Hei! Inglismaal tegutsev pensionipakkuja otsib enda Tallinna tiimi abikäsi, sest ees ootab majandusaasta lõpp ning sellega seoses on meil tegemist tavapärasest rohkem.

Majandusaasta lõpus on klientidel palju küsimusi just enda pensionikontole maksete tegemise kohta, lisaks tahetakse palju infot ka maksusoodustuse kohta saada. Meiega selleks tööampsuks liitudes palumegi sul just niisugustele küsimustele vastata.

Klientidega suhtleme kirja teel, peamiselt meilitsi ning loomulikult inglise keeles. Tööamps nõuab täpsust, head keeleoskus ning suurepärast eneseväljendusoskust.

Eelnev kogemus klienditeeninduses tuleb kasuks, eriti siis, kui oled seda teinud finantsiga tegelevas ettevõttes ning Sinu töö on eelkõige netipõhine olnud - ehk toetasid kliente meili või chati teel. Sobid meile suurepäraselt, kui oled varem töötanud finantsvaldkonnas või õpid hetkel finantsvaldkonnas!

Nagu mainitud, siis suurepärane inglise keele oskus on selle ampsu juures kohustuslik - soovitavalt B2 või C1. Pead saama mugavalt inglise keeles suheldud, sest see on meie põhiline suhtluskeel nii omavahel kui ka klientidega rääkides.

Your Mission

You will be our customer's first point of call, and the face of Penfold for our customers, delivering a 5-star customer experience.

You will be responsible for answering questions and addressing concerns from customers via email or live chat.

You will need to help customers to ensure they can get their problems solved quickly and efficiently.

You will need to use your initiative and proactively identify areas where our service can be enhanced.

You will perform operational tasks related to customer requests, working across multiple systems.

You will be working closely with other members of the operations team as well as the wider company.

You will be a key contributor to shaping and streamlining our processes and best practices, playing a critical role in our continued success.
 

About you

You are based in Tallinn, Estonia

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

You are ready to wow our customers, and you have good problem-solving skills.

You have an empathetic and supportive attitude towards customers while remaining professional.

You can learn things quickly and adapt to changes in processes. 

You’re a team player and you have a positive and energetic attitude.

Confident when multi-tasking in a busy role, being able to think of your feet and remain calm and prioritise effectively – a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is where you thrive

Ideally, you have some previous experience in customer service/support.
